What Do Tamil Makkal expect from the present Tamil Nadu Governent?

We all know the thumping majority this present government won in this recent tamil nadu election. Even though the previous government did fulfill it’s previous poll promises it lost the recent election by huge margin, why? There are some elements which directly affected the common people which turned against the past tamil nadu government. Let the bygone’s be bygone’s, from the layman point of view tamil makkal expect the following from this government.

Electricity problem in Tamil Nadu

We tamil nadu makkal expect the present government to rectify this electricity problem. India being a developing country and fifth largest economy in the world, a fast developing state like tamil nadu can’t afford to have electricity problems like this. This cannot be solved by purchasing electricity from other states, tamil nadu needs to start some indigenous projects to produce more electricity, this needs to be started now, only then we will see some considerable results in next two years.

Real Estate price rise in Tamil Nadu

The real estate prices in tamil nadu has reached sky level helping no one. Even if it’s buying a flat in Chennai or buying a land in tier 2 cities or tier 3 cities, it is getting too costly. For example in Chennai we can’t buy a flat for less than 60 lacs around the city. On a average to pay an EMI of around 50,000 per month one should earn a take home salary of at least 1 lac. How many people in Chennai are earning a salary of 1 lac take home per month? Then how the real estate prices are so high in tamil nadu? Is it the effect of political black money? Only god knows. The present government should investigate this and should make home affordable to all

Price Rise in Tamil Nadu

The food prices have raised so much in Chennai, now people coming from Bangalore find Chennai costlier than Bangalore. A dosa which cost Rs 14 in 2008 is now costing Rs 30. Its literally a 100% rise, a south Indian meal which cost Rs24 now costs Rs 60, it’s around 120% rise, have the salaries of common people rose at this rate? The present tamil nadu government should do the needful to address this exorbitant price rise.

People like me strongly believe the present tamil nadu CM do have the capabilities to address all this, but is there a willingness to solve these problems? This only time can confirm

  2. OMR road in Chennai is one of the awesome property places.People vie for the place and this is an important place in Chennai real estate.Owing to the corporate image of Chennai, housing in Chennai is now a new buzz where flats in Chennai are booming like anything.Especially, at the hip OMR road.
