Why Youngsters From Tier 2 Cities of Tamil Nadu Should Change?

I was recently spending about an year in the second largest city of Tamil Nadu the reason, we had a small KPO there and I was managing it. Regarding my experience with the youngsters in that tier 2 city tamil nadu is I'm so afraid of the present generation youngsters and their attitude.

With my experience with people in Tier 2 city I just wanna tell one thing. As a state, Tamil Nadu is not going to go anywhere because

1. The youngsters in Tier 2 towns lack serious professionalism (starts from being not regular to office)

2. They don't understand or don't want to refresh their knowledge or learn new things

3. Thanks to our governments, they feel their basic necessities are covered and due to this they lack serious motivation.

Also, I was speaking to one of my relative and he is so worried that they have orders like they should not fail students who are regular to school till 9th standard, he is saying that we will have fools around us in a 10 years time.

Where are these lousy govt policies going to lead us? And what are we going to do with millions of unemployable youths? Are we going to be a superpower of fools?

We all keep telling that India will be a superpower by 2020, we are not definitely going to achieve that if our millions of youngsters are not employable. The standards of engineering students in Tamil Nadu has gone way below due to many college's with improper infrastructure has cropped up. They do not have proper facilities, quality teachers and they help graduate lacs of unemployable students per year alone in Tamil Nadu. If this is just a case in Tamil Nadu, then think about whole of india. How many people know that 75% of our graduates lack basic communication skills? What our government or as a society we have done to change this? It's time wake up as a society and start acting. If we don't act now, even god cannot save us.
